Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage dental billing AR calls during US business hours to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues.
- Process claims, post payments, verify insurance coverage, and handle denials in accordance with industry standards.
- Utilize strong English communication skills to effectively communicate with patients, providers, and insurance companies.
- Perform RCM tasks such as coding, charging, and revenue cycle management to optimize revenue growth.
- Ensure accurate payment posting and reconciliation of patient statements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2 years of experience in dental billing or related field (AR calling).
- Solid knowledge of dental coding (CDT), claims processing (CPT), and insurance verification procedures.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records systems for efficient data entry and retrieval.




- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines under pressure while maintaining high-quality work output.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
