Maurya Exports is looking for a Sourcing Merchandiser – Textile & Fabric to manage and develop textile sourcing activities from product requirement to final execution.

The role will be responsible for fabric and yarn sourcing, supplier development, product development, costing, price negotiation, sampling, and order coordination. The candidate will work closely with customers, suppliers, production, quality, and internal teams to ensure the right quality, price, delivery, and product specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and develop fabrics, yarns, and textile products as per customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners.
- Manage sampling, product development, costing, quotations, and negotiations.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely development and order execution.
- Monitor fabric/yarn prices, availability, market trends, and new opportunities.




- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for smooth execution.
- Identify new suppliers and continuously improve the sourcing network.
- Take ownership of timelines, quality, cost, and delivery.

Ideal Candidate:

- 3–8 years of experience in textile sourcing, merchandising, or fabric/yarn buying.
- Valuable knowledge of fabrics, yarns, textile processes, and supplier markets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Commercially aware with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, responsible, and comfortable working independently.
