Front Desk Executive – SLAM Gym

About the Role

SLAM Gym is looking for a friendly, energetic, and responsible Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our members and visitors. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle front-desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist members and visitors professionally.
- Handle member enquiries regarding memberships, packages, timings, and facilities.
- Explain gym membership plans and assist with new member registrations.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and walk-in enquiries.
- Maintain accurate member and visitor records.
- Manage membership renewals and follow up with existing and potential members.
- Coordinate with trainers and management regarding member requirements.
- Handle basic billing, payments, and receipts when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Support day-to-day administrative and front-office activities.




- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive member experience.

Requirements

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in a gym, fitness center, hotel, reception, or customer service is preferred but freshers can also apply.
