Job Summary

Role Title: ECC HR Mini Master Lead Consultant
Experience: 8+ years of SAP HCM experience with at least 2 full-cycle SAP HR Mini Master implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and enhance HR organizational structures, personnel administration data and workforce-related master data in ECC HR system.
- Define and oversee employee and contingent workforce data replication from SAP SuccessFactors into SAP ECC.
- Ensure synchronization of organisational objects, positions, jobs, and reporting relationships.
- Synchronization of Cost Centers from ECC to SuccessFactors

- Create and maintain project documentation, including technical documents, Unit test scripts, and change management plans.



Ensure Change Control approval processes are strictly followed.

Skill Requirements

SAP Functional

- SAP ERP HCM (PA, OM).
- HR master data structures (Personnel Areas/Work Schedules/Employee Groups etc) and Infotypes.

Technical

- HR Mini Master sync logs (SLG1) and issue debugging
- BADIs
- ABAP coding and debugging

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to SuccessFactors Employee Central data structures and APIs.
- Familiarity large-scale global deployments.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills
