Job Title: Customer Care Executive – Voice Location: IT Park, ChandigarhProcess: International BPO – US-based Customers

Job Description:We are hiring Customer Care Executives for an international customer support process. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries through calls , resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries and concerns through voice support.
- Provide accurate information and effective resolutions.
- Maintain professional communication and customer service standards.
- Identify relevant upselling opportunities during customer interactions.
- Meet assigned performance, quality, and productivity targets.

Eligibility:

- Graduate candidates can apply.
- Positive English communication skills are required.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant BPO/customer-service experience can apply.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational night shifts and rotational weekoffs.

Shift Details:

- Rotational shifts, with the first shift starting at 4:30 PM and the last shift starting at 2:30 AM.




- Shifts can be allocated as per business requirements.
- Weekoffs are rotational and may fall on any two consecutive days, such as Saturday–Sunday or Sunday–Monday.
- Weekoffs rotate on a monthly basis.

Compensation:

- Fixed Salary: ₹20,100/month
- Night Shift Allowance: Up to ₹3,000/month
- Performance Incentives: Up to ₹7,000/month
