- Manage and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
- Conduct client meetings and understand business requirements.
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire current clients.
- Prepare proposals for Events, BTL Activations, Branding, Digital, and ATL services.
- Ensure timely execution and delivery of projects with high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Supervise events and branding activities on-site.
- Follow up on project progress and client feedback.
- Monitor outstanding payments and support collections.
- Travel for client meetings, site visits, and event execution as required.
- Maintain project reports, client records, and business updates.
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
