Academic Counsellor

We are looking for an Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students and working professionals in selecting suitable academic programs. The role involves handling calls and inquiries, counselling students, managing leads, following up with prospects, and converting qualified leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students on programs, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Handle calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other inquiries.
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and admissions through CRM.
- Achieve individual and team admission/sales targets.
- Assist students throughout the admission and onboarding process.
- Achieve individual and team-wise admission/sales targets within defined timelines.

Required Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Robust convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and result-driven.
- Comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp, email, and calling platforms.




- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Shift Timings - 1 pm to 10 pm (UK) & 8 pm to 5 am (US)

Working Days- Monday to Friday

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
