Position: Accounts & Finance Executive
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA Finance or relevant qualification

Job Summary:
We are looking for an Accounts & Finance Executive to support day-to-day accounting, vendor payments, billing, reconciliations and financial documentation. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and maintain books of accounts.
- Process and verify vendor invoices, bills and supporting documents.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare and maintain vendor/customer ledgers.
- Perform bank, vendor and ledger reconciliations.
- Support monthly billing and invoice verification.
- Track vendor payments and outstanding balances.
- Maintain expense records, vouchers and financial documentation.
- Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance-related workings.




- Support month-end closing and preparation of monthly financial/MIS reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for invoice/payment-related queries.
- Maintain proper records for audits and statutory requirements.
- Support the Finance team in other accounting and reporting activities as required.

Tally/ERP | MS Excel | Accounting Entries | AP/AR | Bank Reconciliation | Vendor Reconciliation | GST & TDS Basics | Billing & Invoicing | MIS Reporting

Preferred Candidate:
Good numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail, proper documentation practices and the ability to independently manage routine accounting activities.
