About the Role

Sri Saradha Vidhyashram (SSV), a CBSE-affiliated senior secondary school in Tirukoilur, Kallakurichi District, Tamil Nadu, is looking for experienced and passionate teachers to join its academic team.

The role involves planning and delivering engaging classroom instruction, supporting student learning and development, conducting assessments, and contributing to the overall academic environment of the school.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver structured lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum and NCERT framework
- Create an engaging and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning
- Prepare and conduct class tests, assignments, assessments, and examinations
- Evaluate student work and maintain accurate academic records
- Identify students requiring additional academic support and provide remedial guidance
- Monitor student progress and communicate with parents through PTMs and as required
- Maintain effective classroom management and discipline




- Coordinate with the academic team and school leadership on curriculum planning and syllabus completion
- Participate in school events, assemblies, exhibitions, and co-curricular activities
- Contribute to the overall academic and developmental activities of the school

Who Can Apply

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in the relevant discipline, with B.Ed
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience; experienced candidates are preferred
- Prior experience in a CBSE-affiliated school is preferred
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom teaching skills
- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum, NCERT textbooks, and assessment practices
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Tirukoilur, Kallakurichi District, Tamil Nadu are encouraged to apply
