Store Manager – FirstCry, Vikasnagar

Location: Vikasnagar, Uttarakhand

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day store operations.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team.
- Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor stock, inventory, and product displays.
- Manage billing, cash handling, and daily reports.
- Track store KPIs and team performance.
- Ensure proper store grooming and visual merchandising.
- Maintain company policies and operational standards.

Requirements:

- Graduate preferred.
- 2–4 years of retail experience.
- Previous experience as a Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager preferred.
- Robust sales, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
- Good communication and team-management abilities.
- Target-oriented and professionally groomed.
