Business Development Associate / Manager will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and building relationships with real estate developers, builders, landowners, and key industry stakeholders to generate new business opportunities and acquire project mandates for the company.

The ideal candidate should have strong networking abilities, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a good understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities with real estate developers, builders, and landowners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including Promoters, Directors, Sales Heads, and Marketing Heads.
- Generate new project mandates and strategic partnerships for the company.
- Conduct market research to identify upcoming residential and commercial projects.
- Actively network within the real estate ecosystem to identify potential business opportunities.
- Initiate conversations, pitch Credvest's services, and understand developer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver business presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations to close new mandates.
- Coordinate internally with sales, marketing, research, and leadership teams to develop suitable solutions for clients.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential projects and business opportunities.
- Track competitor activity, market developments, and upcoming real estate launches.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Build long-term relationships with developers to generate repeat and referral business.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–8+ years of experience in Business Development, Developer Acquisition, B2B Sales, Strategic Partnerships, or Real Estate Sales.




- Prior experience working with real estate developers, builders, channel partners, or real estate consulting firms will be preferred.
- Strong network within the real estate industry is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of the Bangalore real estate market and developer ecosystem.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales and networking.
- Ability to identify opportunities and independently drive conversations from prospecting to closure.

- Is proactive and capable of opening new business conversations independently.
- Has a consultative approach to selling rather than a transactional sales mindset.
- Is comfortable meeting senior leadership and business owners.
- Has strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities.
- Is highly motivated to build and grow a business vertical.

You will play a key role in expanding CREDVEST's business by bringing new developer relationships and project mandates into the organization. This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership, the opportunity to work directly with real estate developers, and the ability to contribute directly to the company's growth.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
