Roles and Responsibilities

1. End-to-end recruitment for blue-collar / field roles across South India (Tamil Nadu, Kerala, AP, Telangana, Karnataka)

2. Sourcing candidates through various channels - Job portals, social media, references, field sourcing

3. Screening candidates over calls in their *regional languages (Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada) - Mandatory*

4. Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers

5. Managing daily interview pipeline and maintaining hiring tracker / MIS

6. Ensuring closures as per the daily / weekly hiring targets

7. Building and maintaining a strong regional candidate database

8. Handling candidate queries and ensuring smooth onboarding till joining

9. Working closely with operations team to understand manpower requirements

Requirements:

- Must be fluent in Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu & Kannada

- 1 Year of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

- Experience in volume / bulk hiring preferred

- Good communication, negotiation & convincing skills

- Willing to work from office - Bangalore

Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
