Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Customer Relation Executives to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle sales and collections through phone calls while effectively addressing customer inquiries. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills in Hindi and Tamil and demonstrate a customer-focused approach. MUST HAVE HINDI/ TAMIL

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct sales and collection activities through outbound and inbound phone calls (No targets).
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries and concerns.
- Maintain clear, confident, and courteous communication at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Qualifications:





- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi (mandatory); Tamil is an added advantage.
- Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Positive, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Prior experience in customer service or tele-calling will be an added advantage.
