JOB DESCRIPTION – HOME COLLECTION EXECUTIVE

Position: Home Collection Executive
Department: Home Collection
Location: Hosur / Krishnagiri / Denkanikottai
Experience: 1–3 years in diagnostic centre / healthcare preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit patients' homes for blood sample collection.
- Perform venipuncture and sample collection safely and accurately.
- Properly label, handle, store and transport collected samples.
- Follow infection control, hygiene and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with the lab and collection centre for timely sample processing.
- Maintain proper records of home collection visits and samples.
- Handle patients professionally and provide good customer service.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned home collection requests.




- Maintain and handle collection equipment properly.

Requirements:

- DMLT / B.Sc. MLT or relevant qualification preferred.
- Good blood collection and venipuncture skills.
- Healthcare/diagnostic centre experience preferred.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for home collections.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Salary: As per experience and interview performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
