Role Description – Sales Manager

Oasis Drinks is looking for experienced Sales Managers for full-time roles across multiple regions of India.

Job Locations / Sales Regions:

- North India
- South India
- East India
- West India

Candidates will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing distributor and retailer networks, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within their assigned region.

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience: 3–5 years in Sales / Business Development
- Preference for experience in FMCG, Beverages, Food & Beverage, or related industries
- Solid distributor, dealer, and retailer network management skills
- Experience in territory planning, target achievement, sales forecasting, and market expansion
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills




- Comfortable with field work and regular travel within the assigned region
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA will be an advantage

Salary & Job Details

Salary: Starting from ₹35,000 per month
Hike: Up to 20% on last drawn salary, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance
