About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Plant Head – Manufacturing to take complete responsibility for the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities

- Take overall responsibility for the complete plant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Plan, monitor and achieve daily production targets, quality standards and delivery schedules.
- Manage and coordinate production, quality, maintenance, stores and manpower for effective plant performance.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, materials and resources while controlling production costs and wastage.
- Support the New Product Development in Plant and coordinate with customer .
- Lead and manage the shop-floor team, ensuring productivity, discipline, safety and proper work practices.




- Identify operational issues and implement process improvements, productivity improvements and corrective actions to achieve overall plant efficiency.
- Experience in managing ISO/TS 16949 quality systems and PPAP requirements is preferred

Candidate Profile

- Candidate with Automotive Experience is preferred
- Should have significant experience in plant/production management.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, manpower and shop-floor operations.
- Experience in tube, pipe, fabrication is added Advantage
- Robust leadership and team-management skills.
- Ability to independently handle plant-level operational issues.
- Good knowledge of quality, safety, productivity and continuous improvement practices.
- Should be willing to take complete ownership of plant operations.

Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
