Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and employee relations. The candidate will be responsible for employee onboarding, attendance, leave management, employee records, behavioural and disciplinary issues, grievances, performance coordination, and exit formalities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage employee onboarding, joining and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documents and HRMS data.
- Manage attendance, leave, permissions and employee regularization.
- Handle employee queries, grievances and workplace concerns.
- Address employee behavioural, disciplinary and conflict-related issues.
- Coordinate probation, confirmation, appraisals and performance reviews.




- Implement HR policies and ensure employee compliance.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the Finance team.
- Conduct employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR MIS, attendance and employee-related reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Coordinate with management and department heads on HR matters.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in HR Operations / Employee Relations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong employee-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of attendance, leave and HR processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / HRMS.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee matters professionally.
- Bachelor's/MBA in HR or related field preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
