Key responsibilities

- Shoot high-quality product and lifestyle videos for oils, soaps, skincare/haircare and other beauty products.
- Create Reels, YouTube Shorts, product demos, tutorials, testimonials, BTS content and ad creatives.
- Handle the complete shoot setup: camera, lenses, lighting, audio, props, locations and models.
- Work with the Creative and Marketing teams on concepts, storyboards and campaign requirements.
- Edit videos for social media, website and digital advertising.
- Handle color correction/grading, sound editing, transitions, motion graphics and text overlays.
- Maintain consistent Soulflower branding across visual content.
- Organize footage/assets and maintain backups.
- Maintain photography/video equipment.

Skills / qualifications

- Experience shooting and editing beauty/FMCG products.
- Strong understanding of lighting, framing, composition and camera operation.




- Proficiency in tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop/Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and paid social ads.
- Ability to manage multiple shoots/projects and deadlines.
- Portfolio of previous video work is required in one of the current listings.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
