We're looking for an engineer who can own real features end-to-end, not just work a ticket queue.

You'll be building and maintaining production web applications - from database design through a polished React interface.

You won't be handed pixel-perfect tickets with every decision pre-made; you'll be expected to make sound calls on the parts that aren't specified and flag the parts that need a decision.

What you'll do

- Build features across the full stack: Laravel backend, React/TypeScript frontend, database schema and migrations
- Work with a modern Laravel + Inertia + React setup - no separate API layer to maintain
- Write and maintain automated tests for anything with real logic or real money behind it
- Review your own AI-assisted output like you'd review a colleague's pull request, not like you'd accept a first draft
- Participate in technical decisions - you're expected to have and defend opinions.

What we need from you

- 3–5 years building and shipping production web applications
- Solid Laravel fundamentals: eloquent relationships, queues, policies, migrations, and enough understanding of each to explain a trade-off, not just use the feature
- Working React and TypeScript ability: you can turn a design into clean, maintainable UI
- Real SQL ability:



you can read a query plan and explain why an index does or doesn't help
- Comfort working with ambiguity: you can take a requirement that isn't fully specified and make reasonable calls, then explain your reasoning
- Written English strong enough for asynchronous, written-first collaboration

What makes you a strong fit

- You know the difference between code that works today and code that still works in two years, and which corners are actually secure to cut
- You're a critical reviewer of AI-generated code. You are someone who checks generated code for what it got subtly wrong, not just whether it runs
- You finish things. The last 20% of a feature - edge cases, error states, the boring parts.
- You communicate in writing. Decisions and reasoning get written down, not just discussed and forgotten

How we work

- Remote, with 2 hours of overlap with US Central time-zone for calls
- Weekly direction, daily autonomy — you'll get context and decisions, not micromanagement
- AI-assisted development is standard here. Tooling is provided; final judgement on what ships stays human
- Written-first: plans, decisions, and trade-offs get documented so nothing depends on memory

Compensation and terms

- 5 to 7 LPA, full-time, paid monthly
- 10% performance bonus for timely deliveries

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
