About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Assistant – Backend & Client Relations to support our sales team and manage day-to-day communication with existing USA clients.

This is a backend-focused role involving client coordination, order processing, follow-ups, pricing, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate and coordinate with existing USA clients
- Understand client requirements and provide product, pricing & availability information
- Handle quotations, orders, invoices and sales documentation
- Follow up on orders, payments, shipments and deliveries
- Coordinate with Inventory, Accounts, Production & Logistics teams
- Maintain accurate client and sales data in Excel/ CRM
- Respond to client queries promptly and professionally
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing USA clients




- Provide effective backend support to the sales team

Candidate Profile

✔ 2–3 years of experience in Sales Support / Sales Coordination / Client Servicing / Backend Sales
✔ Good English communication skills – written & verbal
✔ Comfortable communicating with USA clients through email and phone
✔ Robust follow-up and coordination skills
✔ Good knowledge of MS Excel
✔ Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
✔ Experience in the Diamond & Jewelry industry will be an added advantage
