About the Role:-

We are seeking a results-driven Paid Media Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing budgets, tracking performance, and delivering measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Ability to develop and execute brand awareness and engagement campaigns.
- Develop media plans and strategies aligned with client/business objectives.
- Manage lead generation campaigns to drive quality leads and achieve target CPL.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present campaign results to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and client servicing teams to ensure campaign success.
- Track budgets, bids, and media spends to maximize

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing,



or Paid Media.
- Hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven ability to execute and optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Robust understanding of campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for campaign analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
