We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused ERP Support / Functional Consultant with a minimum of 1 year of experience in ERP support or functional consulting.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer business requirements, providing ERP application support, resolving functional issues, assisting users, and coordinating with the technical team for system-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide functional support to ERP users and customers.
- Understand customer business processes and requirements.
- Analyze and resolve functional issues reported by users.
- Guide customers on the proper usage of ERP modules and features.
- Conduct user training and product demonstrations when required.
- Configure ERP modules based on business requirements.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation and user guides.
- Coordinate with the development/technical team for customization and technical issues.
- Test new features, fixes, and system enhancements.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Assist in ERP implementation, data validation, and user onboarding.
- Maintain proper records of customer issues, requirements, and resolutions.

Requirement:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in ERP Support / Functional Consulting.
- Good understanding of ERP business processes.
- Experience in one or more ERP modules such as Accounts, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, Payroll,



or Manufacturing.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
- Basic knowledge of software testing and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to learn new ERP modules and business processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, CS, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year in ERP Support / Functional Consultant role in Odoo ERP implementation
- Strong understanding of different business processes and client requirements.
- Experience with Odoo v16+ preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
