Position Summary

We are looking for a Senior Design Engineer to join Engineering Team. The Design Engineer is responsible for planning and directing selected product engineering activities. The role will report to Chief Engineer

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

- Responsible for sheet metal design and development of automated equipment and jig & fixture
- Responsible to generate sheet metal detail drawing for fabrication with specific tolerance
- Checking of drawings and preparation of BOM
- Ensure customer’s requirement are met in sheet metal design specification and provide technical expertise
- Ensure project timeline is met and project stays within budget
- On-site support for mechanical related issued if needed

Experience and Education Required

- A minimum of a Bachelor of Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/ Electromechanical/CAD/CAM) is required
- 3-5years of experience is preferred.
- Proficient in SolidWorks or similar Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Softare
- Solid Experience in 3D Rendering
- Strong technical knowledge, leadership, analytical & problem-solving skills
- Valuable semiconductor process knowledge or technology is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge in sheet metal design and in bending machine (die, cutting tool)

Technical Skills

- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
- Proficient with SolidWorks or other 3D design software is required
- FEA, DFMEA, structured problem solving

Travel Required

- May be required to travel occasionally
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
