We are hiring for Accounts Executive position

Exp-2-4 years

Location-Vasai (West)

Work from office

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle Tally entries and accounting transactions accurately.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries in Tally.
- Maintain ledgers and perform regular account reconciliations.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and outstanding receivables/payables.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and periodic reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers, and auditors as required.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

- Mandatory hands-on experience in Tally / Tally Prime.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS will be an advantage.

Education





- B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification in Commerce or Accounting.

Preferred Experience

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Candidates with practical experience handling accounting entries independently in Tally will be preferred.

· Responsible for accounts payable and performs reconciliations

· Responsible for Utility payments

· Responsible for maintaining petty cash

· Good command over MS-Excel & MS-Word

· Good understanding of accounting principles and other accounting terms.

· Ability to keep documents and data well organized.

Educational Qualification

Graduation from commerce background is must.
