Key Responsibilities

- Develop textile designs, prints, motifs, patterns, and colour combinations.
- Create artwork and repeats using CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
- Develop designs based on customer specifications and market trends.
- Prepare design concepts and samples for customer approval.
- Modify designs based on customer feedback.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Sampling, Production, and Quality teams.
- Maintain records of approved designs, artwork, colour references, and samples.
- Support recent product and collection development.
- Ensure designs meet required quality standards and deadlines.
- Conduct research on current textile, home furnishing, and colour trends.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of textile design and pattern development.
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW / Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of colours, motifs, repeats, and prints.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work within deadlines.

Qualification

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design
