Payal Pratap is looking for a Retail Merchandiser to own the commercial heartbeat of the brand — from our flagship store to every multi-brand and third-party relationship we hold. You'll balance ambition with discipline — aggressive when the opportunity calls for it, cautious when the numbers demand restraint. Key responsibilities

Oversee merchandising for the flagship store and manage all multi-brand store (MBO) relationships

Plan and execute pop-ups and manage customised orders from both own and third-party stores





Build and maintain the sales calendar across channels — aligning stock, launches, and seasonal moments

Prepare and analyse bestseller and sell-through reports to drive buying and replenishment decisions

Buy for the stores with prudence — balancing prospect, inventory health, and brand standards

Track performance against targets and identify growth opportunities across channels

Uphold uncompromising quality standards across every point of sale

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Retail merchandising (fashion/apparel preferred): 3 years (Required)
