Job Description:

Job Summary:

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle — from understanding client requirements to sourcing, screening, and onboarding suitable candidates. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about HR, communication, and building careers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand job requirements from clients or internal hiring teams.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic or video interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.




- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
- Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (HR, Management, or related field preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes (training will be provided).
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualities:

- Passion for working with people and helping them find the right career opportunities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with good problem-solving skills.
