Job Description – Junior Accountant

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team at Innotech Solutionz, an Astral Pipe & Fittings Distributor. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities, stock management, and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle purchase, sales, sales return, purchase return, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Work with Tally for accounting entries and reporting.
- Manage stock records, monitor inventory, and coordinate stock inward and outward.
- Check stock availability and assist in stock reconciliation.
- Handle customer enquiries, orders, billing, and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers,



and internal team members.
- Assist in maintaining accurate accounts and inventory records.
- Perform other accounting and office-related duties as required.

Requirements:

- B.Com graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Diploma in Accounting is an added advantage.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Tally and MS Office.
- Positive communication, customer handling, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage accounts and stock-related work accurately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
