*Redevelopment Executive (Pre & Post Tendering, Site Visits & RERA Coordination)* required at a *reputed real estate organisation* located at *Andheri (W), Mumbai*

*Candidates with experience in redevelopment projects, site coordination, tenant/society coordination, tendering, or RERA-related work will be preferred.*

JD:

* *Visit and survey redevelopment sites* and understand property, tenant, society, and project requirements

* *Review tender and property documents* and coordinate for required information and documentation

* *Coordinate with tenants and society members* for KYC, agreements, consent, shifting, possession, and other requirements

* *Attend site, society, and pre-bid meetings* and maintain records of discussions and requirements

* *Coordinate tendering and post-tender activities* with Legal, Liaison, Architecture, Finance, Project teams, consultants, and stakeholders





* *Assist with RERA documentation and compliance* and coordinate with consultants and internal teams

* *Maintain project MIS and prepare site visit/status reports*, ensuring timely follow-ups and reporting to the Business Development Manager

Salary *upto Rs 8 lakhs per annum* (depending on experience and suitability)
