Local & Technical SEO Specialist

- Manage SEO across our 32 practice locations.
- Optimise Google Business Profiles, local rankings, citations and NAP consistency.
- Manage and improve our BrightLocal account.
- Conduct technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, internal linking and site structure.
- Use Ahrefs, SE Ranking, Google Search Console and GA4 to identify opportunities and measure performance.
- Optimise treatment and location pages, including titles, H1s, URLs, metadata, content and internal links.
- Implement and maintain Schema/structured data.

Content & Authority

- Develop SEO content based on patient search behaviour.
- Plan treatment guides, FAQs, blogs and local content.
- Analyse competitor backlinks and develop link-building and digital PR campaigns.
- Increase relevant, high-quality citations and backlinks.

Reviews & Local Reputation

- Develop a repeatable strategy to increase Google reviews across all practices.
- Manage visibility across relevant platforms including Trustpilot, Doctify and WhatClinic.
- Support practices in improving their local online reputation.

AI Search

- Improve Smart Dental Care's visibility in Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity.
- Optimise content so it can be understood, trusted and referenced by AI-powered search platforms.
- Keep up with Google algorithm updates and developments in AI search.

Conversion & Reporting





- Improve conversions from organic traffic through forms, calls and online booking.
- Track enquiries and appointments using GA4, Search Console, call tracking and CRM data.
- Work with our web hosting and IT partners to implement tracking and SEO changes.
- Report monthly on traffic, rankings, enquiries, appointments and cost per enquiry.
- Ensure SEO and content comply with GDC and ASA/CAP requirements.

What Success Looks Like

In your first 12 months, we expect to achieve:

- 50% increase in organic new patient enquiries
- Top-three Google Map Pack visibility for priority treatments across 10 locations
- 4.5+ Google rating across all practices
- Measurable visibility in AI search results
- Lower organic cost per enquiry than paid channels

Requirements

- 3+ years' hands-on SEO experience
- Proven experience increasing organic traffic and leads/enquiries
- Strong local and multi-location SEO experience
- Experience with Google Business Profiles
- Valuable knowledge of BrightLocal, Ahrefs, SE Ranking or similar
- Strong understanding of GA4 and Google Search Console
- Experience with backlinks, citations, Schema and technical SEO
- Comfortable working with WordPress, HTML and CSS
- Able to work independently and manage an SEO roadmap

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
