Job Description

Quality Supervision & Inspection

- Supervise E&I; quality inspection activities at the fabrication yard and project sites.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, ITPs, Method Statements, and applicable codes/standards.
- Coordinate with construction, engineering, commissioning, and client inspection teams.
- Monitor installation quality of:
- Cable trays and supports
- Power and control cables




- Earthing and lightning protection systems
- Junction boxes and marshalling cabinets
- Panels, switchgears, transformers, and MCCs
- Instrument tubing and impulse lines
- Field instruments and analyzers

Inspection & Testing

- Conduct and witness inspections and tests, including:
- Cable continuity and insulation resistance tests
- Earthing resistance measurements
- Instrument calibration verification
- Loop checking
- Functional testing
- Electrical equipment pre-commissioning checks

- Review test reports and inspection records for compliance.
