Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Technician with hands-on experience in the Transformer Manufacturing Industry. The candidate will be responsible for supporting manufacturing activities, electrical assembly, inspection, testing and troubleshooting while ensuring adherence to safety and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out electrical assembly and manufacturing activities related to transformers.
- Perform wiring, connections, electrical fitting and assembly as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams and technical specifications.
- Support transformer testing and inspection activities as required.
- Assist in checking electrical components, connections and assemblies.
- Identify electrical abnormalities and support troubleshooting and rectification.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality and Testing teams for smooth manufacturing operations.
- Follow standard operating procedures, work instructions and safety requirements.
- Maintain proper records related to production, inspection and testing activities.
- Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment and electrical instruments.




- Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards at the workplace.
- Follow company safety procedures, PPE requirements and shop-floor discipline.
- Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.

Desired Technical Skills

- Practical experience in Transformer Manufacturing is preferred / required.
- Basic knowledge of transformer manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of electrical drawings and circuit diagrams.
- Knowledge of electrical components and testing instruments.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively on the manufacturing shop floor.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to electrical and manufacturing activities.
- Good coordination with Production, Quality and Testing departments.

Candidate Profile

- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Industry Background: Transformer manufacturing / electrical equipment manufacturing preferred.
- Candidate should have good practical/hands-on exposure rather than only theoretical knowledge.
- Should be disciplined, responsible and willing to work in a manufacturing workplace.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
- Candidates available to join within 15 days will be preferred.
