Maharshi Industries Pvt Ltd (MIPL) is a leader in Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, and Virtual Reality Simulation systems, serving Defence, Police, Railways, Oil & Gas, and Industrial sectors under the Make in India initiative. We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to design and build advanced Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs) for our cutting-edge VR and AI-driven products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop responsive, intuitive GUIs for VR and AI-based applications.
- Collaborate with VR developers, AI engineers, and robotics teams to integrate backend logic with interactive frontends.
- Build cross-platform dashboards for real-time data visualization, control, and monitoring of AI/VR systems.
- Develop APIs and middleware to ensure smooth communication between AI modules, VR simulations, and hardware devices.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Document technical workflows and provide support for integration and deployment.

Required Skills & Technologies

Frontend Development

- Strong in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Experience with modern frameworks: React.js / Angular / Vue.js.
- UI/UX design knowledge to build user-friendly dashboards.

Backend Development

- Proficiency in Node.js,



Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI), or Java.
- Database experience: MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB.
- RESTful APIs and WebSocket integration.

Integration & Tools

- Experience with 3D/VR libraries (Three.js, Babylon.js, Unity WebGL integration preferred).
- Familiarity with AI/ML integration workflows (Python APIs, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or ONNX runtime).
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub, Docker, CI/CD pipelines.

Soft Skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical ability.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (VR engineers, AI scientists, robotics experts).
- Robust communication skills and ownership of deliverables.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Prior work experience with full stack development is a mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
