Job Summary

Change and Release Manager

Key Responsibilities

Change Management
Review and coordinate change requests.
Ensure all changes comply with the defined Change Management process.
Validate approvals, testing, implementation, and rollback readiness.
Manage Emergency Changes as per the defined process.
Coordinate change implementation with infrastructure and application teams.
Support change planning, stakeholder alignment, and risk management.

Release Management
Plan and coordinate Minor and Major releases.
Plan and coordinate infrastructure patching and maintenance activities.
Coordinate deployment activities during release windows.
Lead Minor Release execution and deployment coordination.
Coordinate post-go-live verification with stakeholders.
Manage release communications, reporting, and status updates.
Coordinate rollback activities when required.





Governance & Continuous Improvement
Collaborate with release engineers, Scrum Masters, tooling and automation teams to ensure effective release execution.
Identify opportunities to improve Change & Release governance, processes, and ways of working.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance release quality, efficiency, and operational maturity.

Skill Requirements

Change & Release Management, ITIL, ServiceNow, CAB Coordination, Release Planning & Deployment Management, Risk & Compliance Governance, Stakeholder Management, Production Release Coordination, Rollback Planning, Process Improvement, and working knowledge of SAP Change & Transport Management (TMS/ChaRM), SAP Release Governance, and SAP Landscape Management.
