- Account Acquisition: Source current savings and current accounts through field visits, local market mapping, cold calling, and corporate tie-ups.
- Documentation & Compliance: Complete customer onboarding while strictly adhering to Know Your Customer (KYC) and regulatory guidelines.
- Cross-Selling: Promote additional banking products such as debit cards, fixed/recurring deposits, insurance, and credit cards.
- Account Activation: Ensure initial funding, digital app registrations (net/mobile banking, UPI), and ongoing portfolio engagement.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly lead generation, acquisition.
