About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of residential interior projects from site initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of interior execution, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to ensure that every aspect of the project is delivered with precision, quality, and attention to detail.

You will act as a key link between the Design Team, Project Management Team, Vendors, Contractors, and Clients, ensuring smooth execution and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Take complete responsibility for day-to-day site execution and supervision of interior projects.
- Execute work strictly as per approved 2D drawings, layouts, designs, specifications, and project timelines.
- Coordinate and supervise carpenters, civil workers, electricians, plumbers, painters, POP teams, fabricators, glass vendors, and other contractors.
- Review drawings and technical details and ensure accurate execution at site.
- Take and verify site measurements before and during execution.
- Monitor the quality, finishing, alignment, and workmanship of all interior works.
- Coordinate material requirements, deliveries, and availability at site to avoid delays.
- Plan daily and weekly activities in coordination with the Project Manager and internal teams.
- Regularly follow up with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Identify site-related challenges proactively and coordinate with the Design and Project Teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain daily site progress updates, work schedules,



material requirements, and snag lists.
- Conduct quality checks at different stages of execution and ensure rectification of snags.
- Coordinate with clients during site visits and communicate project progress professionally when required.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, discipline, safety, and professional conduct at the project site.
- Support the Project Manager in maintaining project timelines and achieving smooth project handover.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of residential interior execution and construction processes.
- Good knowledge of interior materials, hardware, finishes, and installation methods.
- Ability to read and interpret 2D drawings and technical details.
- Solid vendor, contractor, and manpower coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused approach.
- Ability to independently manage site activities and work under deadlines.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
- Professional attitude with strong ownership and accountability.

Experience & Qualification

- Experience: 2+ years in Interior Site Supervision / Interior Execution.
- Experience in residential interior projects will be preferred.
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field will be an advantage.

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Role: On-Site

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
