- Establish an exemplary process for the acquisition of Non IT category which encompasses Facility , Administration , Recruitment , Marketing , HR related expenditure
- Develop and Implement Strategy for procurement of various aforementioned categories and ensure alignment with industry standards
- Regularly assess the commercial terms and improve on them
- Aim to achieve x % productivity / efficiency / cost savings annually
- Lead negotiations to achieve desired results with partners globally
- Meet Internal Customer Satisfaction Targets
- Cultivate vendors, enhance operational efficiency & ensure compliance with KPI’s
- Supervise a team of buyers

Work Experience





- 15 years of advancing purchase and procurement expertise with at least 10 + years of experience in managing Non IT Category Procurement. Demonstrated capability to create and execute cutting-edge strategies for global procurement.
- Proven history of cultivating strong partnerships with suppliers and delivering creative solutions in procurement
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities along with robust change management skills
- Receptive to feedback and a drive to enhance individual performance
- Experience in process and project management is advantageous.
- Essential global cross-cultural exposure
- Unquestionable integrity
- Familiarity with oracle
