Quality & Gold Refinery Manager / Operator

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced professional to manage Quality Management, Gold Assaying & Hallmarking operations, along with Gold Refinery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage QMS and ensure compliance with applicable BIS Standards: IS 15820:2009, IS 1417:2016, IS 1418:2009, IS 2112:2014 & IS 2113:2014.
- Handle BIS Initial, Surveillance, Stop Marking & Renewal Audits.
- Operate and maintain XRF, Laser Marking Machine, Micro/Semi-Micro Balances and other hallmarking equipment.
- Conduct Internal Audits and Management Review Meetings and maintain QMS documentation/records.
- Manage and operate 5 Kg Aqua Regia Gold Refinery Plant.
- Handle daily 5–7 Kg gold refining batches, including melting of jewellery and gold bars.
- Prepare gold alloys of 14K, 18K, 20K, 22K & 23K purity.




- Manufacture gold bars of different weights using a Hydraulic Press Machine.
- Ensure process quality, accurate weighing, proper documentation, safety, and compliance throughout operations.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience in Gold Assaying, Hallmarking & Refining.
- Knowledge of BIS standards and audit procedures.
- Experience operating XRF and refinery equipment.
- Solid understanding of gold purity, alloy preparation, melting and refining processes.
- Good documentation, quality control and troubleshooting skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
