What we are looking for:-
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Accounting team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, and demonstrate flexibility in handling diverse responsibilities. You should be able to work both independently and collaboratively while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude in dealing with US-based clients.

Job responsibilities:

- Perform General Ledger (GL) accounting and analysis for assigned accounts.
- Prepare, review, and post accrual and prepaid Journal Entries.
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure outstanding items are appropriately resolved.
- Review monthly Financial Statements and supporting schedules for accuracy.
- Conduct Month-End and year-end closing activities.




- Analyze accounting data and provide insights into GL movements and variances.
- Research and resolve accounting issues in coordination with internal teams and clients.
- Assist with audit requirements and financial reporting.
- Communicate accounting findings and issues effectively to US-based clients and stakeholders.
- Initiate and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure accuracy.
- Support vendor onboarding and credentialing processes, including verifying vendor insurance coverage and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and documentation, responding to vendor calls and emails professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure utility payments are processed accurately and on time.

Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) — Mandatory. Candidates currently pursuing CA certification or awaiting qualification are not eligible.
- Strong understanding of Accounting Principles, General Ledger Accounting, R2R Accounting, AP, AR, and Financial Reporting.
- Experience with journal entries and bank reconciliations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency with the ability to manage and analyze large data sets.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact confidently with US clients over calls and emails.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume, rapid-paced environment.

You must have:

- Willingness to work in EST/PST (US Time Zone) shifts.
- 1–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with clarity and professionalism.
- Comfortable communicating with US-based clients over calls and emails.
