Crewing Executive - Offshore
The role reports directly to Crewing Manager/Fleet Manager / COO in the following duties:
Job Description:
· Crew Sourcing, Recruitment, Changes, Coordination, crew Placement, relief and retention.
· Make sure the all round crewing functions are executed in compliance with the company procedure
· Perform crewing operations are in full compliance
· Check and Verify joining crews have the necessary competency qualifications to adhere to all applicable regulations and clients requirements
· Ensure Crew documentation and appraisal process are complied
· Verify crewing expenses and punctual submission of weekly crewing reports
· Ensure timely update and completeness of crew data in Company Records
· Administer statutory requirement & Prepare Reports
· Maintain and Update Crew Data Base of Company
· Coordinate with the other departments and the Vessel along with Port Agents and third Parties
· Foreign Crew Coordination and Management.
Role Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years relevant crewing experience specially for Indian Offshore Fleet
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Able to work in rapid-paced environment
· Problem Solvers
· Human Resources Management Skills
· Sound Knowledge of Crew documentation Verification
