Job Title : Showroom Sales Executive

Salary : ₹12,000 – ₹22,000 per month + Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, presentable, and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to assist customers in selecting interior decorative products while delivering an exceptional showroom experience.

Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Showcase laminates, veneers, louvers, charcoal sheets, and other decorative materials.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams for order processing.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure the showroom is well-organized and presentable at all times.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or customer service (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Professional, well-groomed, and presentable personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp).

Language Requirements

- Hindi (Mandatory)
- English (Mandatory)
- Tamil (Mandatory)

Preferred Skills

- Experience in interior products, furniture, home décor, building materials, or showroom sales.
- Good negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
