Job Summary

We are looking for a young and energetic Junior Design Engineer with a solid foundation in SolidWorks. In this role, you will assist the senior design team in converting conceptual drafts into high-quality 3D models, component assemblies, and manufacturing-ready 2D drawings. This is a great opportunity to gain floor-level industrial design experience in a major manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities

- · Modelling & Drafting: Create precise 3D part models and sub-assemblies based on inputs from senior engineers using SolidWorks.
- · Production Drawings: Convert 3D designs into clear 2D fabrication and detailing sheets with accurate dimensions and notations.
- · Design Updates: Perform minor design modifications and revisions on existing product blueprints based on manufacturing feedback.
- · Floor Coordination:



Visit the shop floor/production unit to understand design fits, take physical measurements, and clarify doubts for the fabrication crew.
- · BOM & Documentation: Maintain the Bill of Materials (BOM) and carefully log all drawing revisions and technical documentation.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- · Education: Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- · Mandatory Certification: Must hold a certified course completion certificate in SolidWorks (3D Modelling & Assembly).
- · Technical Skills:
- o Positive hands-on speed and accuracy in SolidWorks software.
- o Basic understanding of mechanical components, sheet metal, or fabrication processes.
- o Familiarity with engineering drawing standards, tolerances, and basic material properties.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
