Job Description:

Argasia Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Education Counselor to join our team. As an Education Counselor, you will play a crucial role in providing guidance to students, parents, and institutions, helping them make informed decisions regarding educational pathways, career development, and admissions processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Learn about the courses and services offered by the company.
- Acquire current students by selling the courses.
- Meet quarterly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing students.
- Negotiate with students and provide counseling.
- Keep records of sales and revenue.
- Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions for SSC and Banking exams.
- Have a deep understanding of the SSC and Banking exam process and requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Qualification: Must be Graduate
Experience : 0 – 3 years
