Backend Executive – Maruti Suzuki Dealership Profile

Typical responsibilities:

- Maintain daily sales/service data in the dealership DMS.
- Prepare MIS reports for the Sales Manager, GM and management.
- Handle vehicle billing/invoicing and related documentation.
- Process and track RTO documents and uploads.
- Handle insurance documentation/claims and corporate claims.
- Maintain customer, vehicle and transaction records.
- Coordinate data between Sales, Service, Accounts, Insurance and RTO departments.
- Check data accuracy and reconcile dealership records.
- Support management with sales, delivery, stock and performance reports.
