We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable SEO & Operations Support Executive to assist our SEO and operations teams with structured, recurring, and execution-focused tasks.

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is comfortable working with Google Sheets, Excel, websites, basic SEO tasks, AI tools, data collection, and repetitive operational work.

The ideal candidate should be able to follow SOPs and instructions accurately while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the SEO team with routine SEO tasks, website checks, audits, tracking, and updates.
- Maintain and update Google Sheets, Excel files, trackers, and databases.
- Check websites, product pages, links, metadata, content, and other website elements based on provided instructions.
- Support competitor research, keyword/data collection, outreach, and other SEO-related activities.
- Upload and update website content, product information, images, and other data when required.
- Send approved emails and complete online submissions using provided templates.
- Perform data entry, research, verification, and quality-checking tasks.
- Support other departments with recurring and operational tasks as assigned.
- Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to assist with research, content-related tasks, data organization, and assigned workflows.
- Follow SOPs, checklists, and instructions accurately.
- Maintain organized records and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
- Report errors, missing information, or issues identified during task execution.

Requirements





- Fresher to 6 months of experience in SEO, digital marketing, operations, data entry, or a related field.
- Good working knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel.
- Basic understanding of SEO and how websites work.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and the ability to use them effectively.
- Good written English and ability to understand written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable handling repetitive, structured, and high-volume tasks.
- Organized, dependable, and able to follow SOPs independently.
- Willingness to learn new tools and processes.

Who Should Apply?

This role is suitable for freshers or candidates with limited experience who want to build practical experience in SEO, eCommerce operations, website management, research, and AI-assisted workflows.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
