Job Description

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong customer relationships, handle inquiries and follow-ups, generate leads, and support sales growth.

Responsibilities

- Manage customer relationships and ensure excellent service.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers.
- Achieve assigned sales and customer-retention targets.
- Coordinate with sales/service teams.
- Maintain customer records and provide regular updates.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in sales/customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented.
- Automobile industry experience preferred.

Salary: ₹[Salary] per month + incentives
