To carry out mechanical assembly, field-return rectification, PCB-mechanical integration, testing, rework, and movement of products through the production stages while ensuring adherence to production plans, quality requirements, and process standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan vs. Actual

Follow the daily and weekly production plan and achieve the planned output as per schedule.

Monitor plan vs. actual production and highlight any delays or shortages to the concerned team.

Material Coordination

Coordinate with the Stores team for timely availability of required materials.

Verify material availability and ensure materials are received as per the production requirement.

Material Movement

Ensure materials are properly moved and handed over to the respective production/assembly teams based on priority.

Maintain proper identification and traceability during material movement.

Mechanical Assembly

Assemble mechanical components such as motors, enclosures, shackles, brackets, and other related parts as per work instructions.

Perform motor-to-enclosure and other mechanical assembly operations with proper tools and fixtures.
