# Senior Estimation Engineer – Real Estate

### Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced *Senior Estimation Engineer* to handle estimation, quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, costing, and tendering for residential real estate projects.

### Key Responsibilities

* Prepare detailed *quantity take-offs, BOQs, estimates, and cost sheets* for civil and finishing works.

* Study architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and identify scope of work.

* Prepare *rate analysis* for various construction activities.

* Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and work orders.

* Coordinate with *Design, Planning, Projects, Procurement, and Contracts teams*.

* Evaluate contractor quotations and prepare comparative statements.

* Monitor project costs against approved budgets and identify cost variations.

* Prepare *cost estimates for current projects and revised estimates* as required.

* Verify quantities submitted by contractors and support billing/measurement certification.

* Maintain records of rates, quantities, BOQs,



and project cost data.

* Assist in *value engineering and cost optimization* without compromising quality.

* Identify discrepancies in drawings and BOQs and coordinate for necessary clarifications.

* Prepare MIS reports related to project estimation and cost control.

### Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of *civil construction estimation and quantity surveying*.

* Good understanding of RCC, masonry, plaster, waterproofing, flooring, painting, and finishing works.

* Proficiency in *MS Excel* and estimation software.

* Ability to read and interpret *architectural and structural drawings*.

* Strong knowledge of *BOQ, rate analysis, tendering, and cost control*.

* Good analytical, coordination, and negotiation skills.

### Qualification

*B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering* with relevant experience in real estate/construction.

### Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in *residential real estate projects with a developer, contractor, or PMC* will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
