Customer Service Executive – Necessity Supermarket

Necessity Supermarket is looking for friendly, responsible and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to join our team at Kharar, Punjab.

We welcome applications from both freshers and experienced candidates who are interested in building a career in retail and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist customers in the store
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance
- Help customers locate products and provide basic product information
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues politely
- Ensure a positive and comfortable shopping experience for customers
- Support the store team in day-to-day activities
- Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of the customer area
- Coordinate with other departments when required

Candidate Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi, Punjabi & Basic English)




- Customer-friendly attitude
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred
- Retail or customer service experience will be an advantage
- Freshers are welcome to apply

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
