JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Production MIS & QC Executive / Senior Executive to support

the Production team in monitoring production performance, maintaining accurate MIS, analysing production data

and coordinating quality-related activities.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing production reports, tracking targets and efficiencies, reconciling Job

Orders and Job Receipts, monitoring consumption and wastage, and maintaining QC-related reports. The role will

work closely with the Production, QC, Stores and other relevant teams to ensure accurate data, timely reporting

and effective follow-up on production and quality issues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Production MIS & Data Analysis

 Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly Production MIS reports.

 Track actual production against planned targets and highlight variances.

 Prepare style-wise, design-wise and process-wise production reports.

 Analyse production data to identify trends, gaps and areas for improvement.

 Maintain accurate production records and ensure timely updation of MIS.

 Prepare management summaries and reports for review by the Production Head / Management.

Job Order & Production Reconciliation

 Reconcile Job Orders, Job Receipts and actual quantities produced.

 Verify whether production quantities are matching with the corresponding Job Orders and consumption

records.

 Identify discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for correction.

 Monitor pending, incomplete and incorrect production entries.

 Support improvements in production reporting and data accuracy.

Consumption, Wastage & Efficiency





 Monitor material consumption against BOM and production requirements.

 Track wastage and identify unusual consumption or variance.

 Assist in analysing production efficiency and basic cost/variance indicators.

 Coordinate with Production and Stores teams to verify consumption-related discrepancies.

 Support management in identifying opportunities to improve production efficiency.

QC Monitoring & Reporting

 Monitor and maintain QC-related production reports.

 Track defects, rejection, rework and quality issues.

 Prepare defect-wise and production-wise QC reports.

 Identify recurring quality issues and highlight them to the Production Head / concerned team.

 Coordinate with Production and QC teams for corrective actions and follow-up.

 Maintain proper records of quality performance and rejection trends.

ERP & Reporting

 Verify production, Job Order, Job Receipt, BOM and consumption data in the ERP system.

 Ensure accuracy and completeness of production-related system entries.

 Suggest improvements in production reports and MIS formats wherever required.

 Develop Excel-based dashboards and management reports.

 Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

 2–3 years of experience in Production MIS, Production Coordination, Data Analysis, Production

Planning or QC Reporting.

 Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS and data

reconciliation.





 Experience working with ERP systems and production-related modules.

 Good understanding of BOM, material consumption, wastage and production processes.

 Basic understanding of Quality Control processes, defects, rejection and rework.

 Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Good attention to detail and accuracy.

 Good communication and coordination skills.

 Ability to prepare clear and concise reports for management.

 Ability to work with large volumes of production data.

 Power BI knowledge will be an added advantage.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

 Accuracy and timeliness of Production MIS reports.

 Accuracy of Job Order and Job Receipt reconciliation.

 Accuracy of production and consumption data.

 Timely identification and reporting of production discrepancies.

 Accuracy and timeliness of QC reporting.

 Effective tracking of defects, rejection and rework.

 Timely submission of management reports.

 Improvement in production data accuracy and reporting processes.

ROLE SCOPE

This is an operational Production MIS and QC coordination role. The candidate will be responsible for

production data analysis, MIS, reconciliation, QC monitoring, reporting and follow-up.

The role will not carry independent Head of QC-level responsibility or large-team leadership. The candidate

will work under the guidance of the Production Head / Management and coordinate with the relevant teams to

ensure production and quality targets are monitored effectively.

Pay: ₹19,138.87 - ₹30,000.00 per month
